Arianna Huffington

Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington resides in the US and is a Greek-American writer, syndicated journalist and a businesswoman. She was the founder of The Huffington Post and the chief executive officer of Thrive Global. Author of fifteen books. Arianna Huffington is a writer TV personality, philanthropist, and TV host as well as the owner and publisher of The Huffington Post. She was born in Greece and relocated to England when she was sixteen. In Cambridge University, she graduated with an MA of Economics. The first non-English student, she was elected president of The Cambridge Union' at the age of 21. When she graduated, she made her name as an editorialist for the conservative syndicate and, with the launching of The Huffington Post' few years later she created a voice-based website that gave critical opinions regarding the state of affairs. In part, her fame has helped attract a number of famous contributors. Arianna rose to fame in 2003 after she decided to contest for a non-partisan position during the California recall election to replace then Governor Davis. In addition to this, she led the Detroit Project to develop fuel efficient cars. Forbes named her as 12th on their list of the Top Influential Media Women. Guardian also included the Huffington Post on their list of the top 100 in the year 2010. In 2011, AOL Inc. purchased The Huffington Post and made the president of that media unit, which comprised of many then-existing AOL properties, including Engadget AOL music Style list and Patch Media. Their parents are Elli as well as Konstantinos Stasinopoulos who was who was a consultant in management as well as a journalist. While she enjoyed a strong relationship with both her father and mother and father, it was their relationship which shaped her. She showed leadership traits even in her early years. When she was in her 16th year she travelled to England for a degree and attended Girton College Cambridge. In her college years, she belonged to Cambridge Union. Cambridge Union debating group where she was elected the first woman and the only president from outside the country. In 1972, she earned a master's degree in Economics. Following the graduation ceremony, she was an editor of the critic's column and a television host. Her appearance on Face the music with Bernard Levin was also notable. She started writing books, taking his help to edit.
